Korean Carrot Salad Recipe For Weight Loss
Five large carrots peeled, one teaspoon of chilli flakes, two thin slices of green onions, one tablespoon of sesame seeds, two tablespoons of sesame oil, one tablespoon of rice vinegar, two tablespoons of soy sauce, cloves of minced garlic, one tablespoon of sugar, fresh cilantro, and 30ml hot oil
Shred and peel the carrots in thin ribbons and grated garlic and ginger according to your taste.
Take a bowl and add sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, chilli flakes, and rive vinegar. Whisk it well to dissolve sugar.
Take a salad bowl and add peeled carrot ribbons. Pour the salad dressing over it.
Pour 30 ml of hot oil over the salad and toss it properly to mix all the ingredients.
Garnish the salad with fresh cilantro and sesame seeds on top. Serve it immediately or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
