How To Make Beetroot Chips For Healthy Evening Snacking?

Four medium beetroots, two teaspoons of virgin olive oil, half a teaspoon of ground rosemary, two pinches of black pepper powder, and sea salt according to taste.

Start by thoroughly washing beetroot and pat it dry. Cut the beetroot into thin slices and preheat the oven to 190 °C.

Take a baking tray and spread beetroot slices on it. Sprinkle black pepper and sea salt, and season it with olive oil and ground rosemary.

Toss the spices and put the baking tray into the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.

Garnish the chips with parsley and let it cool down for sometime. Serve it with cheesy dip and store it in an airtight container.
