Sugar-Free Protein Ladoo Recipe For Diabetes
To make protein ladoo you need one cup roasted chickpea flour, half a cup almond flour, 1/4 cup dried coconut, 1/4 cup crushed nuts, two tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds, 1/4 cup powdered jaggery and half tsp cardamom powder.
Add chickpea and almond flour to the pan. Roast both the flour until the colour becomes darkened.
Combine jaggery and cardamom powder with flour and mix it evenly. Also, add coconut, chia seeds and crushed nuts and roast for one minute.
Add ghee to the mixture and combine it well. Now, roll small portions of the mixture into ladoos.
Place the ladoos on a plate and refrigerate for at least 20-30 minutes to set. This will help them firm up. After, enjoy the delicious ladoos.
